Look Who’s Back! Welcome Home, Amy.

Six years, a new chapter and a whole lot of beauty experience later — we’re so happy to welcome Amy back to the Mien Spa team!

If you remember Amy from her earlier days at Mien, you’ll know she’s all about making people feel comfortable, having a good chat and delivering beautiful results.

Over the past six years, life has been busy! Amy moved to Sydney to be closer to family, became mum to a gorgeous little girl and continued developing her skills in the beauty industry, completing further training in lash lifts, brow lamination, brow mapping, styling and eyelash extensions.

And now she’s back where it all began.

A familiar face, with a few new tricks

When we asked Amy what she’d missed most about Mien, it was the supportive team, the thoughtful treatments and the atmosphere that makes Mien feel like Mien.

For Amy, being a therapist has always been about more than the treatment itself. She loves connecting with people, having a laugh and helping clients feel good about themselves.

She’s also a big believer in listening. A thorough consultation is always her starting point, making sure every treatment is tailored to the person in front of her.

Brows, lashes & beautiful skin

Ask Amy to choose just one treatment to perform for the rest of her career and there’s no hesitation — BROWS!

She’s particularly passionate about brow lamination and lash lifts, especially when they’re combined. Think beautifully shaped brows, lifted lashes and instant results that make getting ready in the morning that little bit easier.

Facials are another favourite. Amy loves working with active skincare, particularly DMK, and seeing the visible improvements that come from a well-considered treatment plan.

Her biggest skincare advice? Don’t overdo the actives! Sometimes more isn’t better, and knowing what your skin actually needs makes all the difference.

And when it comes to her own routine, Amy loves a little weekly ritual of facial gua sha followed by a hydrating mask. SPF is another non-negotiable.

The best part about being back?

For Amy, it’s reconnecting with clients, being part of a supportive team and continuing to learn and grow in an industry she loves.

We’re thrilled to have her back upstairs in the spa, bringing her warmth, experience and passion for all things brows, lashes and skin.
