Previously, many of our appointment reminders and confirmations were sent from a "do not reply" number. Now, you can simply reply to our messages and communicate directly with us.

Simply send us a text and it will appear directly in our booking system. Our reception team will receive a notification and can reply as soon as they're available, making it a convenient alternative to waiting on hold or trying to call at a busy time.

We've also introduced a smart AI-powered chat assistant to help us respond more efficiently, particularly outside business hours.
