Today, we took part in Aveda’s Walk for Water — a global initiative that brings awareness to something many of us rarely have to think about: access to clean, safe water.

This year’s walk felt especially powerful, knowing it reflects the reality for millions of people around the world who walk an average of 3.7 miles every single day just to collect water for their families.

For Earth Month 2026, Aveda continues it’s partnership with Charity Water, supporting clean water projects across India, Nepal, Madagascar and Ethiopia.

These initiatives focus on building sustainable water sources that create long-term change — improving health, education, and everyday life within communities.

It’s impact that goes far beyond the moment.
