“If I had to choose one look, it would be a modern mod cut. I love how it can be relaxed, textured and versatile depending on the product you use — or don’t use.”

For Ghilli, working in a salon team is also central to how he works.
“I love working with a team because it truly feels like a family. Everyone supports each other and we manage to have fun while delivering great service to our clients.”

“I don’t have one single favourite product. I like choosing what suits each person’s lifestyle and hair needs.”

June’s current obsession is almost the opposite aesthetic — precise, graphic haircuts with strong lines.
“My favourite looks right now are really sharp blunt styles — bobs, blunt fringes, hime cuts. Anything with a strong line I’ve been loving.”
These shapes feel modern, confident and fashion-forward, while still being beautifully wearable.
June also credits the team environment for shaping her work.
“I couldn’t imagine not working with a team. Being able to share ideas and get guidance from my seniors — I’d be half the hairdresser I am without that.”
Her current product favourite is Aveda’s Liquid Gel, which gives structure without making hair feel stiff.
“It gives great hold without sacrificing the feel of the hair and works really well as both a pre- and post-styling product.”
