Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, Advanced Diploma in Nutrition & a Heritage in Herbal medicine. Rosemary has been working in the local community & Health industry for over 10 years, helping many people to achieve optimum health. A knowledgeable and intuitive professional, Rosemary's compassionate and nurturing approach supports you to maintain vitality throughout life.
It is Rosemary's role as a naturopath to guide and inspire you on your journey, understanding the link between environment, food & lifestyle choices, thereby guiding you to create a synergistic balance between physical, emotional & spiritual wellbeing. All treatments are specific, holistic & tailored to your needs as a unique individual.
With particular interest in treating digestive issues, skin conditions, emotional, spiritual & mental health issues. Also as a general health practitioner, she has the knowledge and passion to treat any health concern.
Herbal medicine
Ancient traditional & modern herbal medicine principles are able to support & nourish specific systems of the body. I use only top quality practitioner only liquid extracts, fresh and dried herbs plus an alcohol free range.
Nutrition
The body needs the correct levels of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water to function properly. If for any reason these reach compromising levels, you may need to supplement & or re-assess your diet. Using quality vitamins, co-factors, "super foods", "Food as Medicine" & amino acids, great recipes & zinc status testing I will get you correctly nourished.
Aura & Chakra Balance
Balancing, comforting & nurturing your spirit, body & mind is integral to good health. Working with your Auric field & chakra centres I incorporate kinesiology, flower essences, herbal medicine, Aura-Soma - crystal/gem elixir, essential oil & colour therapy to build protection and comfort.
